Why not take a chance to visit 8 different sake breweries in Tango region? Sake made in Tango region is well-known and good quality. For example, if you ask recommended local produced sake in Kyoto city, many times they serve you Sake from Tango region(Sure, Tango region is in Kyoto prefecture, why not count us as local....? :P )
All of those breweries are open to public together only for this day of the year.
I personally recommend Shirasugi brewery, Kinoshita brewery, Taniguchi brewery and Yosa-musume brewery.

Entrance is free of charge. Some sake is free of charge to taste and some is offered by small costs at each place. Snacks are available to purchase also.
Please DO NOT EAT Natto(Japanese fermented beans) and Yogurt on the day. These bacteria is too strong and kill bacteria in sake brewery which is the most important thing in each brewery. Please DO NOT WEAR Perfume on the day which destroy sensible aroma of Sake.
No driving. The event is not permitted under 20 years old.
